Many of you saw or heard about Sunday’s Dateline feature “On the Brink” that exposed the harsh realities of “aging out” of the public school system at age 21. With insufficient support, housing, and job opportunities, thousands of families and individuals across the country are often left feeling helpless, neglected, and alone. Most people know what autism is, but the public often does not understand the severity of the challenges many individuals and families face after “falling off the cliff” – education and awareness is the only way to change this.

Will you join us?

In honor of Autism Awareness/Acceptance Month, participate in Madison House Autism Foundation’s “What Next?” social media campaign to help encourage a national conversation about issues impacting adults on the autism spectrum and their families.

All you need to do is follow these easy steps:

STEP 1: Change your profile picture or cover photo on Facebook or Twitter to one of the following images for 24 hours:

STEP 2: Choose one of the following:

Send a link to this page to 21 friends OR donate $21 (below) to increase national programming for adults on the autism spectrum and their families.
