Madison House is committed to creating spaces for autistic adults to showcase their artistic talents. Creating opportunities for adults with autism to realize self-expression, contribute to, and benefit from communities in which they will spend the vast majority of their lifetimes is critical.
In 2012, by partnering with many organizations, including Arts Unbound, MHAF sponsored the successful art exhibit “Artistic. Autistic. A Life Ahead.” The exhibit featured works of art created by adult artists on the spectrum, created a venue for artists to sell their work, and built awareness of the needs adults with autism and their families have.
