Dan Verner
Dan Verner is a 30-year veteran (retired) of Marriott International, Inc. working principally in finance, supporting Marriott’s worldwide hotel development organization as a former Vice President of Finance of Marriott’s Global Development Group, in Corporate Accounting and in the North American Development Division. Prior to joining Marriott International, Inc., Dan was the Vice President and Controller of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and also worked with Ernst & Young.
Currently, Dan is the Board Chairman for the Marriott Employees Federal Credit Union as well as the Board Treasurer of Potomac Community Resources, named “one of the best small charities in the Greater Washington region” serving teens and adults with developmental differences.
Dan is a licensed CPA, a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and holds a B.S. in Business/Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an MBA from The University of Michigan.
